Job Title: Growth & Partnerships Manager – Sports Academy & Sports Facility

Location: Bangalore

Department: Business Development & Operations

Reports To: Director / Academy Head

About the RoleWe are seeking an energetic and results-driven Growth & Partnerships Manager to drive the growth of our Football Academy and Sports Facility. The role will focus on increasing academy enrollments, developing strategic partnerships, maximizing facility utilization, and building long-term relationships with schools, corporates, residential communities, and sports organizations.

The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable with sales, relationship management, event coordination, and operational execution.



Key Objectives Sports Academy

  • Increase student enrollments across all age groups.
  • Improve student retention and renewal rates.
  • Build partnerships with schools and communities to create player pathways.
  • Promote academy programs, camps, and tournaments.
  • Sports FacilityGenerate B2B revenue through facility rentals.
  • Acquire corporate clients, schools, academies, clubs, and event organizers.
  • Increase facility occupancy during weekdays and non-peak hours.
  • Develop recurring rental agreements and annual contracts.



  • Key ResponsibilitiesFootball Academy GrowthStudent Enrollment & AdmissionsAchieve monthly and annual enrollment targets.
  • Manage enquiries from parents and prospective students.
  • Conduct academy tours and trial session coordination.
  • Convert trial participants into enrolled students.
  • Maintain a lead management system and follow-up process.
  • School & Community PartnershipsDevelop relationships with schools for football coaching programs.
  • Organize football demonstrations, talent identification camps, and workshops.
  • Build partnerships with residential communities and apartment associations.
  • Coordinate grassroots football initiatives and outreach activities.


Parent Relationship Management

  • Serve as a key contact for parents.
  • Address concerns and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Coordinate parent meetings and academy communications.
  • Improve student retention and program renewals.



Sports Facility Business DevelopmentB2B Sales & Partnerships Identify and acquire facility rental clients.

Facility Utilization

  • Maximize pitch bookings and facility usage.
  • Create weekday and corporate booking packages.
  • Develop annual and seasonal rental contracts.
  • Maintain facility booking calendars and occupancy reports.

Corporate Sports Programs

  • Promote corporate football leagues and tournaments.
  • Develop employee wellness and sports engagement programs.
  • Coordinate corporate team-building events and sports days.



Events & Tournament Coordination

  • Plan and execute tournaments, leagues, camps, and special events.
  • Coordinate vendors, officials, coaches, and logistics.
  • Manage registrations and participant communication.
  • Ensure smooth execution of all football-related activities.



Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Work closely with the marketing team.
  • Generate leads through digital campaigns and local outreach.
  • Organize promotional events and community engagement activities.
  • Build referral networks with schools, coaches, and parents.
  • Maintain partnerships that continuously generate leads.



Operations & Administration


  • Track enrollment and facility revenue performance.
  • Submit weekly and monthly business reports.
  • Coordinate with coaching and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.




Qualifications / Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field.
  • Sports Management qualification preferred.
  • Experience3–7 years of experience in business development, sales, sports management, or facility management.
  • Experience in sports academies, schools, fitness, or event management preferred.
