Hiring Intern (Growth & Marketing)

Looking for a curious, people-friendly intern to help us understand our customers better through direct research calls and behavioural analysis.

*What you'll do:*

- Call existing customers & conduct research interviews

- Track patterns in booking behaviour & preferences

- Maintain a clean research log & summarise findings

- Support CRM campaigns and re-engagement initiatives

- Assist with ad hoc growth tasks as needed

*Who you are:*

- Comfortable talking to people (phone calls don't scare you)

- Organised, detail-oriented, can work independently

- Good communicator in English & Hindi

- Interest in consumer behaviour, marketing, or startups is a plus

*Details:*

- 📍 Location: Bellandur, Bangalore (on-site, 6 days/week)

- ⏳ Duration: 6 months

- 💰 Stipend: Up to ₹25,000/month
