Role Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with 2+ years of experience in label or packaging design. The role involves creating print-ready artworks, adapting designs for different substrates, and working closely with sales and production teams to ensure accurate execution.

This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, understanding of print processes, and speed of execution are critical.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and adapt label artworks for beer, liquor, FMCG, and other packaging applications
• Create print-ready files as per production requirements (bleed, trims, separations, dielines)
• Work on BOPP, self-adhesive, and IML label formats
• Modify existing client artworks to suit different sizes, SKUs, and formats
• Ensure color accuracy and consistency across designs (CMYK, Pantone where required)
• Coordinate with sales and production teams for approvals, corrections, and final output
• Prepare files for flexo, offset, or digital printing workflows
• Maintain organized artwork files and version control

Candidate Profile

2+ years of experience in graphic design (preferably packaging / labels)

• Strong proficiency in:
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Understanding of print production basics (bleed, crop marks, color modes)
• Experience working with dielines and packaging layouts
• High attention to detail and ability to spot errors before print
• Ability to handle multiple SKUs and fast revisions
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams 

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

Experience in beer / liquor label design

• Knowledge of flexo printing or IML processes
• Familiarity with Pantone color matching
• Exposure to packaging compliance requirements
