Graphic Designer

Job Description: We are hiring a Graphic & UI/UX Designer who is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about visual design. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging social media creatives and designing modern, user-friendly interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and web applications.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, typography, layouts, colors, and branding, along with a good understanding of UI/UX principles. Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and online advertising will be considered an added advantage.

• ResponsibilitiesDesign creative and engaging Instagram posts, stories, reels covers, banners, ads, and other social media creatives.
• Develop visual content that aligns with the company's brand identity and digital marketing strategy.
• Create graphics for digital marketing campaigns, websites, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Design UI/UX layouts for websites, mobile apps, and web applications.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Ensure designs are visually appealing, responsive, consistent, and user-friendly.
• Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to convert ideas and requirements into effective visual designs.
• Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colors, icons, and overall visual language across different platforms.
• Stay updated with current graphic design, UI/UX, social media, and visual design trends.
• Make design improvements based on feedback and user/business requirements.
• Support the marketing team with creative requirements for social media, digital campaigns, and online advertisements.
• Apply basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts when creating website and marketing creatives.
• RequirementsBasic to good understanding of Graphic Design and UI/UX Design.
• Strong knowledge of social media creative design, especially for Instagram and other digital platforms.
• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles, layouts, typography, color theory, spacing, and responsive design.
• Ability to design interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and web applications.
• A creative mindset with good attention to detail.
• Ability to understand design briefs and turn ideas into visually appealing designs.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn and improve.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, and digital marketing is an added advantage.
• Understanding of how design and creatives contribute to online advertising, engagement, and marketing performance will be an advantage.
