Graphic Designer

Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3+ years of experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs that align with our brand identity across both digital and offline channels.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign high-quality creatives for:
• 
  
• Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Website banners, landing pages, and email campaigns
• In-store branding (posters, standees, signage, packaging)
• Digital ads and promotional campaigns
• Translate marketing briefs into compelling visual concepts
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines ensuring consistency
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and merchandising teams
• Work on product packaging, labels, and promotional collaterals
• Edit basic videos/GIFs for digital campaigns (preferred)
• Stay updated with design trends, especially in FMCG/organic lifestyle space
• Desired Skills & Qualifications3+ years of relevant experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in design tools:
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Canva (good to have)
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus)
• Strong typography, color theory, and layout skills
• Experience working with retail/FMCG/e-commerce brands is highly preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and creative thinking
