Job Description – General Duty Assistant (GDA)

Organization: Antara Senior Care – Luxury Care Homes

Location: Bangalore / Chennai / Gurgaon

Salary: ₹18,000 Take Home + ₹1,000 Monthly Incentive

Shift: 12 Hours (Day/Night Rotational)

Role Overview:

We are hiring General Duty Assistants (GDAs) to support elderly residents at Antara Luxury Care Homes. The role involves assisting residents with daily activities, mobility support, hygiene care, and ensuring overall comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support residents in daily living activities and personal hygiene

• Assist patients with mobility, feeding, grooming, and basic care

• Help nursing staff in patient handling and shifting

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in resident rooms and care areas

• Monitor residents and report any concerns to nurses immediately

• Provide compassionate elderly care and emotional support

• Follow safety and infection control protocols

Eligibility:

• GDA Course / 10th Qualification required

• Freshers and experienced both candidates can apply

• Basic communication skills required

• Passion for elderly care and patient support preferred
