​Job Overview

​We are looking for a professional, welcoming, and highly organized Front Office Executive to serve as the face of our company. The ideal candidate will manage our front desk operations, handle visitor relations, and provide essential administrative support.

​Since you will be interacting with a diverse range of clients and team members, exceptional multilingual verbal communication and strong written skills are absolute must-haves for this role.

​Key Responsibilities

​Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly; determine the nature of their business and direct them to the appropriate person or section.

​Multilingual Call Handling: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing accurate information over the phone.

​Written Correspondence: Draft, format, and send professional emails, memos, and internal communications.

​Data & Documentation: Maintain digital and physical records. Enter and update data using spreadsheets and document tools.

​Administrative Support: Assist with basic office operations, sorting/distributing daily mail/deliveries, and scheduling appointments or meeting rooms.

​Key Requirements & Skills

​Language Proficiency (Mandatory):

​Fluency in speaking English, Hindi, and Kannada is required to effectively communicate with local and national clients.

​Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and excellent professional email writing skills.

​Technical Proficiency:

​Solid hands-on experience with computer tools, especially Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas) and Microsoft Word (letter formatting, documentation).

​Comfortable using internet applications and email clients (like Outlook or Gmail).

​Personal Attributes:

​Pleasant personality with a customer-centric attitude.

​Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
