Job Description

  • 1. Sales & Business DevelopmentGenerate leads from bank walk-in customers and existing clients
  • Promote and sell life / general insurance products
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Cross-sell and up-sell insurance solutions
  • 2. Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff
  • Regularly engage with Relationship Managers (RMs) and Branch Managers
  • Ensure continuous business flow from the assigned branches
  • 3. Customer HandlingUnderstand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products
  • Provide product information and explain policy benefits
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation process
