Franchise Sales Manager

Job Description: Franchise Sales ManagerKey Responsibilities

• Follow up on company-provided franchise leads and convert prospects into franchise partners.
• Explain the franchise business model, investment requirements, expected setup process, and commercial terms.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial enquiry to agreement signing and franchise fee collection.
• Identify suitable commercial properties for new outlets and coordinate site visits with prospective franchisees.
• Evaluate property suitability based on location, visibility, accessibility, and business potential.
• Coordinate property approval, documentation, franchisee onboarding, and outlet setup.
• Maintain accurate lead records, follow-ups, sales pipeline updates, and daily activity reports.
• Achieve monthly franchise conversion targets and ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.

Required Skills

• Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to identify suitable commercial properties.
• Good customer relationship management and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline preferred.

Experience: 2–5 years in sales, franchise development, or real estate preferred.

Salary: As per experience, plus performance-based incentives.
