Food And Beverage Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Conduct regular physical inventory counts (daily/monthly), spot-checks on stores, galleys, and bars to verify stock levels.
• Cost Control: Analyze food and beverage consumption to minimize waste, spoilage, and theft, ensuring costs stay within budgeted parameters.
• Purchasing & Receiving: Review purchase orders and verify incoming goods' quality, quantity, and price, ensuring all items are registered in the system.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare daily/monthly food and beverage reports, cost analyses, and variance reports for management.
• Systems Maintenance: Maintain accurate data in the Materials Management System (MMS) and Point of Sale (POS) systems, including recipes and menu pricing.
