Job Description
Position: FAB I & II (Frontline Staff):
Salary:
₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month + PF & ESIC benefits
Job Summary: We are hiring Frontline Staff (FAB I & II) to support day-to-day customer handling and operational activities. Candidates should possess good communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekend schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and provide frontline support
- Handle day-to-day operational activities efficiently
- Maintain professional behavior and communication with customers
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors for smooth operations
- Follow company policies, grooming standards, and workplace discipline
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: SSC / HSC pass
- Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply
Gender Preference: Male candidates only
Age Limit: 18 to 30 years
Work Schedule:
- Saturday and Sunday will be working days
- 1 rotational weekly off will be provided
