Financial Advisor

Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Controller with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in finance and accounts. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring statutory compliance, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting management with financial insights and reporting.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end accounting operations including bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledger maintenance
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances, including filings and reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and customer invoicing
• Perform bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and fund planning
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards and internal financial controls
• Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, and tax consultants
• Support management with financial analysis and MIS reports
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and records for audits and reviews
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance and accounting roles
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Proficiency in Tally / accounting software and MS Excel
• Good understanding of financial reporting and reconciliation processes
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Preferred (Good to Have)Experience in SME / startup / consulting environment
• Exposure to internal audits and compliance reviews
• Knowledge of financial controls and cost optimization
