Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities

● Oversee and manage company accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.

● Coordinate with auditors for financial reporting and audits.

● Possess strong knowledge of the stock market and related financial instruments.

● Efficiently plan and manage company funds to optimize financial performance.

● Establish and maintain coordination with clients for financial transactions and settlements.

● Liaise with banking personnel to ensure smooth financial operations of the company.

● Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, including Income Tax, GST, and other financial

compliances.

Job Qualifications

● Preferably from a North Indian background.

● Experience in handling companies with a turnover of ₹100 Cr and above.

● Preferred industry background: Real Estate.

● Experience: 7-10 years in finance management.

● Chartered accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory

● Educational Requirement: CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

● Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
