Key Responsibilities


  • Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, biometric devices, and security systems.
  • Perform site surveys and recommend suitable installation solutions.
  • Handle field service visits for installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Perform CCTV configuration, camera setup, and remote monitoring configuration.
  • Install and maintain LAN networks, structured cabling. and network devices.
  • Ensure proper wiring, cabling, and device connectivity at customer locations.
  • Support fire alarm systems and sther integrated security solutions.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers when required.
  • Prepare installation reports, service reports, and maintenance documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project completion and service delivery.
