  • Supervise landscaping teams and daily operations
  • Assign schedules, duties, and project timelines
  • Maintain lawns, gardens, trees, and irrigation systems
  • Ensure quality work and customer satisfaction
  • Train staff on landscaping and safety procedures
  • Inspect tools, equipment, and vehicles regularly
