Field Service Technician

We are looking for a motivated Field Service Technician to handle installation, servicing, and maintenance of access control systems and related hardware. This role is ideal for candidates with a technical background who enjoy hands-on fieldwork and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot access control systems and associated hardware
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections
• Conduct system testing after installation or repairs
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site
• Coordinate with supervisors and project teams for timely execution
• Ensure proper documentation of service activities

Systems & Equipment You’ll Work On

• Access Control Systems
• Electronic & Mechanical Locks
• Automatic Sliding & Swing Doors
• Door Closers, Floor Springs & Glass Door Hardware

Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics
• 2-3 years of experience in field service, installation, or maintenance
• Basic understanding of electrical/mechanical systems
• Must own a bike with a valid driving license

Preferred Skills

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
• Willingness to travel locally for fieldwork
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
