Field Service Engineer - PC Hardware & Builds

Responsibilities:

- Visit customer sites for PC/workstation troubleshooting, diagnosis and basic repairs.

- Handle in-office PC diagnosis when customers bring systems to the Compassco office.

- Assemble, test and support new custom PCs, gaming desktops and workstations.

- Identify hardware issues in CPUs, RAM, SSDs, motherboards, GPUs, SMPS, cooling and peripherals.

- Coordinate with the service/support team for ticket updates, parts, warranty and closure.

- Maintain simple service notes, checklists and status updates for each case.

Requirements:

- Diploma/ITI/12th pass candidates with PC hardware knowledge may apply.

- Freshers are welcome if they have hands-on interest in PC hardware and are willing to learn.

- Basic English is enough; clear communication with customers and internal team is important.

- Must be willing to travel locally for client-site support as well as work on in-office PC builds.
