Job Description

  • Visit customer locations to provide on-site technical support.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and hardware-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
  • Replace defective hardware components when required.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and servicing.
  • Update service reports after each customer visit.
  • Coordinate with the technical support team for issue resolution.
  • Maintain professional behavior while interacting with clients.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned service calls.
