Job Description

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site computer hardware and IT support to our customers. The role involves visiting client locations, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, installing and configuring computers, and completing service calls within the required time.


Mandatory Requirements:


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in computer hardware/IT support
  • Must have a bike and a valid driving licence
  • Good knowledge of desktop, laptop and basic networking troubleshooting
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills
