Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end packers & movers services for customers, ensuring smooth relocation experience.
• Conduct field surveys to assess goods and provide accurate cost estimates.
• Coordinate with vendors/partners for job allocation and service quality.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor and track ongoing moves to ensure timely and successful completion.
• Update job status in the system and meet daily/weekly performance targets.

Salary- 20k-30k fixed plus 4k-5k petrol allowance and PF

Incentives- More than 15k(unlimited)
