JOB TITLE: Field Sales Executive – Interior Design (DECFORT)

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 1–3 Years (Interior / Real Estate / Field Sales Preferred)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 + High Incentives



ABOUT DECFORT:

DECFORT is a growing interior design and execution company specializing in residential interiors. We provide complete end-to-end solutions including design, planning, and execution with a focus on quality, budget control, and timely delivery.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate leads through field work (mandatory)

• Visit apartments, builders, and construction sites to identify potential clients

• Build relationships with builders, brokers, and site engineers to source customer leads

• Collect customer details and initiate sales approach

• Handle inbound and outbound sales leads

• Understand client requirements (2BHK, 3BHK, Villa interiors)

• Conduct client meetings and site visits

• Present design concepts and pricing (with design team support)

• Regular follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed projects

• Achieve monthly sales targets (₹15L – ₹25L)

• Maintain daily reporting (calls, meetings, site visits, closures)

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution



FIELD WORK REQUIREMENT:

• Daily field visits are compulsory

• Candidate must be comfortable visiting multiple sites/builders daily

• Lead generation through direct market activity is a key responsibility



ELIGIBILITY:

• Open for male & female candidates comfortable with field sales

• Two-wheeler is mandatory for field work

• Valid driving license required

• Prior field sales experience preferred



KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Strong communication and convincing ability

• Proven sales closing skills

• Highly target-oriented and self-driven

• Strong follow-up discipline

• Ability to build relationships with builders and clients



PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS:

• Daily activity tracking (calls, visits, follow-ups)

• Minimum performance expected from 2nd month onwards

• Strong focus on revenue generation (not just activity)



SALARY & INCENTIVES:

• Fixed Salary: ₹20K – ₹30K

• Incentive: 0.5% – 1.5% on project value (No upper limit)

• High performers can earn ₹50K – ₹1L+ per month
