We are looking for a result-driven Field Sales Representative to act as the primary point of contact for our customers in the field. You will be responsible for sourcing new leads, conducting in-person product demonstrations, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, possesses strong negotiation skills, and enjoys working "on the road".

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.

Direct Selling: Conduct face-to-face meetings and deliver compelling product presentations.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Negotiation & Closing: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and handling objections to negotiating contract terms and finalizing deals.

Territory Management: Plan daily, weekly, and monthly travel routes and client visits to maximize market coverage and productivity.

Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities in a DSR

Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and customer feedback to help refine sales strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Proven track record in sales, field sales.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, though a diploma with significant experience may be considered.

Travel: A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle are essential, as this role involves extensive travel.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience using CRM software for pipeline management.

Essential Skills

Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills to convey product value effectively.

Negotiation: Strong ability to persuade and influence decision-makers while maintaining profitability.

Self-Motivation: The discipline to work independently without direct supervision and remain resilient in the face of rejection.

Time Management: Highly organized approach to scheduling visits and prioritizing high-potential leads.
