Job Description
- Roles & Responsibilities – Relationship & Account ManagementDistributor & Retailer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong and long-term relationships with existing distributors, agents, and key retail accounts.
- Regularly visit and interact with channel partners.
- Understand distributor/retailer requirements and resolve issues.
- Promotional Activities & Scheme Execution
- Communicate and execute trade schemes and promotional offers.
- Support new product launches and ensure proper market communication.
- Implement discounts and promotional activities.
- Ensure proper point-of-sale branding, including banners, boards, displays, etc.
- Order Management
- Collect daily orders from agents and retailers.
- Coordinate with the logistics and dispatch teams.
- Ensure orders are processed and delivered to customers on time.
- Follow up on pending orders and delivery-related issues.
- Market & Account Development
- Strengthen existing distributor and retailer accounts.
- Support business growth within the assigned territory.
- Identify opportunities to improve product availability and sales.
- Field Sales & Market Visits
- Regularly travel within the assigned territory to meet distributors and retailers.
- Since bike is compulsory, the role involves regular field movement across the assigned market.
