Job Description

The role involves on-ground visits, relationship building, business onboarding, and activation of partners to start production.

  • Key Responsibilities- Field Outreach & OnboardingVisit 20 commercial locations per day (MSMEs, retail shops, industrial units)
  • Pitch the project and onboard business owners
  • Build trust and explain benefits + process clearly
  • ๐Ÿ”น Conversion & ActivationConvert leads into onboarded partners
  • Get Letter of Intent (LOI) signed from business owners
  • Ensure MetaVision (Awign App) is installed on workforces device
  • Guide partners to start initial production (video collection)
  • ๐Ÿ”น Relationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for onboarded businesses
  • Address concerns related to:
  • Process
  • Payment
  • Recording
  • ๐Ÿ”น Data & ReportingCapture accurate field data:
  • Business details
  • Owner contact
  • Location proof
  • Update daily progress in tracking systems
  • Maintain pipeline:
  • Visited โ†’ Interested โ†’ Hot Lead โ†’ Onboarded
