Job Description
Business Executive – Key Responsibilities
Visit societies daily and ensure smooth operations of the Visitor Management System (VMS).
Resolve client issues and service requests within the required timelines.
Manage company devices/assets and ensure they are working properly.
Collect payments from societies as per targets.
Build relationships with society committees, security staff, and residents.
Train guards and users on app usage and processes.
Support society events, promotional activities, and onboarding campaigns.
