Field Sales Executive

📍 Bangalore | Field job (customer home visits)

💰 ₹45,000 fixed + up to ₹20,000 incentive (earn up to ₹65,000/month)

We're a home lighting company. You'll visit customers at pre-booked appointments, understand their home and needs, and recommend the right lighting. We give you the leads — no cold calling.

Your work:

• Visit customer homes (appointments provided)
• Understand their rooms & requirements
• Recommend lighting solutions & close the sale

You're a fit if you have:

• 2+ years in field sales or customer-facing work
• Experience in any home category welcome — interiors, modular kitchen, furniture, appliances, electrical, lighting
• Interior designers also welcome
• Good communication & a friendly, advising approach
• Own two-wheeler (preferred)
