Salary:₹5 LPA – ₹6.5 LPA

  • Key Responsibilities:Drive field sales and achieve sales targets within assigned territories
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, dealers, distributors, and project managers
  • Generate new business opportunities through field visits, client meetings, and market networking
  • Present product features, specifications, and pricing details to prospective customers
  • Conduct regular market visits to identify competitor activities and customer requirements
  • Coordinate with internal operations and supply chain teams for smooth order execution and delivery
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Prepare daily sales reports and share market feedback with management
  • Requirements:Graduate in any discipline
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in field sales
  • Prior experience in Steel, Building Materials, Construction Materials, or Industrial Sales preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Fluency in local/native language is mandatory
  • Malayalam language proficiency preferred for Cochin location
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven professional
  • Preferred Candidate Profile:Good understanding of the construction and infrastructure market
  • Ability to handle dealer/distributor networks effectively
  • Strong client acquisition and business development capabilities
  • Comfortable with field-based sales operations and market expansion activities
