Job Description
Field Sales Executive - Zonal Data Captain – Field Sales & Operations
Role Overview
Own a designated zone, build the business pipeline, onboard businesses for commercial video data collection, and support recording operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert new businesses daily through field visits and face-to-face sales.
- Target factories, warehouses, workshops, service centers, commercial kitchens, etc.
- Scout new towns, industrial clusters and high-potential business areas.
- Complete accurate lead details and ensure businesses are ready for recording.
- Support recording days, resolve access/scheduling issues and maintain client relationships.
- Track pipeline and share daily updates with internal teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months year of field sales/business development experience.
- Native/local language fluency + working English or Hindi.
- Strong local network and ability to connect with business owners.
- Comfortable with extensive daily field travel.
- Strong communication, sales and relationship-building skills.
