Field Sales Executive

We are looking for hardworking and motivated Field Sales Executives (FSE) to join our growing merchant onboarding team. In this role, you will work directly under the team's Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our network of retail and business partners.

• ​💰 Salary & Benefits:​Fixed Take-Home Salary: ₹20,000 per month
• ​Allowances: Daily Petrol / Travelling allowance paid separately (Not deducted from your fixed salary)

• ​Work Schedule: 6 days a week with a Fixed Sunday Off
• ​💼 Key Responsibilities:​Visit local retail shops, markets, and commercial areas daily.
• ​Pitch and onboard new merchants using BharatPe QR codes, Soundboxes, and Swipe (EDC) machines.
• ​Explain the benefits of digital payment systems to shop owners and complete their onboarding formalities.
• ​Maintain regular relationships with onboarded merchants to ensure active usage.
