Job Description
Field Sales Executive responsible for developing retail sales in South Bangalore by visiting new and existing outlets, generating orders, onboarding retailers, maintaining customer relationships, following up on payments, and achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- Visit retail shops and supermarkets in South & North Bangalore.
- Identify and onboard new retail outlets.
- Take orders and generate regular sales.
- Visit existing outlets and generate repeat orders.
- Introduce Vfirst products to new retailers.
- Maintain good relationships with retailers.
- Follow up on pending payments and collections.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing and offers.
- Submit daily shop visit, order and collection reports.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in FMCG / Retail Sales preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel and visit shops daily.
- Knowledge of South & North Bangalore retail market is an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
