Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Visit retail shops, merchants, and small businesses daily within assigned territories.
• Generate new leads through market mapping and cold calling.
• Demonstrate and sell POS/payment devices and related solutions.
• Onboard new merchants and complete documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners and business partners.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Track sales activities and update CRM/mobile applications regularly.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams for installation, activation, and after-sales support.

Candidate Profile

• 1–4 years of field sales experience.
• Experience in merchant acquisition or B2B sales is preferred.
• Prior experience with fintech companies such as Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, BharatPe, Pine Labs, PayU, MSwipe, or similar organizations is highly preferred.
• FMCG sales experience from companies such as Britannia, Marico, ITC, HUL, Nestlé, Dabur, or similar companies will also be considered.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Comfortable with extensive local travel and daily field visits.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Basic smartphone and mobile application proficiency.

EducationGraduate

• preferred (12th pass with relevant field sales experience may also be considered).
