Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Department: Sales & Business Development

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions to businesses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective clients, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales while building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
· Meet business owners, HR managers, operations heads, and decision-makers to understand their requirements.
· Present and demonstrate SaaS products effectively to potential customers.
· Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and implementation processes.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
· Negotiate contracts and close deals successfully.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in CRM software.
· Coordinate with the implementation and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
· Attend trade shows, business events, and networking opportunities to generate leads.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
· 1–5 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, or SaaS sales.
· Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.
· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to build rapport with clients and understand business needs.
· Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
· Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Preferred Skills
· Experience selling HRMS, Payroll, Attendance Management, CRM, ERP, or other SaaS solutions.
· Knowledge of subscription-based sales models.
· Strong lead generation and prospecting abilities.
· Ability to conduct product demos and handle objections effectively.

· Number of qualified leads generated.
· Client meetings conducted.
· Product demonstrations completed.
· Monthly revenue generated.
