Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive (IT Sales) to join our growing team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new sales opportunities, and managing client relationships across Mumbai.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pitch IT products/services to potential corporate clients, SMEs, or retail businesses.
  • Field Visits: Conduct daily face-to-face meetings with prospects to pitch solutions, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Market Feedback: Collect and share insights on market trends and competitor activities with the management team.


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate in any stream (B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BCA, etc.).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Field Sales (experience in IT Sales, software, or technology products is a huge plus).
  • Languages: Fluent in English (Good), Hindi, and Marathi to effectively communicate with diverse clients across Mumbai.
  • Mandatory Asset: Must own a 2-Wheeler with a valid driving license for daily travel.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, convincing, and relationship-building skills.
