About A2M TechnologyA2M Technology is focused on delivering innovative technology solutions and services to businesses across industries. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand our B2B customer base and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, cold calling, and references.
- Meet business owners, decision-makers, and procurement teams to present company products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technology solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal creation, pricing, and onboarding.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Follow up on leads and ensure closure of sales opportunities.
- Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 5-6 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably in technology/IT sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively for client meetings.
- Good understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and energetic personality.
- Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in B2B technology solutions sales.
- Strong local market knowledge and business network.
- Excellent presentation and client handling skills.
- Ability to close deals and maintain long-term customer relationships.
