Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, cold calling, and references.
  • Meet business owners, decision-makers, and procurement teams to present company products/services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technology solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit daily sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for proposal creation, pricing, and onboarding.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure closure of sales opportunities.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 5-6 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably in technology/IT sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel extensively for client meetings.
  • Good understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and energetic personality.
  • Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in B2B technology solutions sales.
  • Strong local market knowledge and business network.
  • Excellent presentation and client handling skills.
  • Ability to close deals and maintain long-term customer relationships.
