We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to drive B2B sales through direct field visits, lead generation, client meetings, and regular follow-ups. The role involves visiting hardware shops, door/plywood dealers, builder sites, and commercial clients to present products, generate orders, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to hardware shops, door/plywood dealers, builder sites, and commercial clients.
• Present product lines, catalogs, samples, digital presentations, and technical specifications to potential customers.
• Generate new leads and identify sales opportunities within the assigned area.
• Pitch product benefits to decision-makers and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Track market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand, and share insights with management.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to generate repeat business.
• Coordinate with clients for smooth product delivery and order fulfillment.
• Follow up with customers for timely payment collection.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Male candidate with minimum 6 months of field/B2B sales experience.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with regular field visits and client meetings.
• Should have a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
• Target-oriented and willing to work with dealers, distributors, and business clients.

💰 Salary & Incentives

• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000–₹40,000 per month, as per skill & experience
• Incentives: ₹40,000+ as per performance
