Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Acquire customers for Loan Against Property (LAP), Home Loan, Mortgage, and other lending products
- Generate business through open market sourcing, field sales, and direct sales activities
- Build and maintain strong customer and channel relationships
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets
- Ensure proper customer profiling and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement
- Maintain portfolio quality and customer satisfaction
Additional Requirements:
- Good CIBIL score
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience required
- Immediate joiners or candidates with notice period less than 30 days preferred
Experience in field sales / direct sales / open market sourcing
Educational Qualification
