Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire new merchants for MobiKwik EDC/POS machine deployment.
  • Conduct field visits to retail stores, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, hospitals, and other business establishments.
  • Promote MobiKwik's digital payment and card acceptance solutions.
  • Explain product features, pricing, and transaction benefits to merchants.
  • Complete merchant KYC, documentation, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for machine installation and activation.
  • Build and maintain strong merchant relationships to ensure continued usage.
  • Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Submit daily activity reports and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Gather market feedback and monitor competitor activities.
  • EligibilityMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
  • 0–3 years of experience in field sales, fintech, banking, telecom, or FMCG sales.
  • Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome.
  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
  • Smartphone is mandatory.
  • Skills RequiredGood communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated.
  • Basic knowledge of digital payments and POS/EDC machines is preferred.
