Field Sales Executive

Salary Package- 24CTC+PETROL ALLOWANCE+INCENTIVES

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers at their homes, offices, or designated locations.
• Conduct basic eye screening tests using company-provided equipment.
• Explain eye test results and recommend suitable eyewear products.
• Generate sales by assisting customers in selecting frames and lenses.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits and sales activities.
• Follow daily route plans and achieve assigned targets.
• Handle and maintain the eye-testing kit and related equipment.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with field sales and customer-facing interactions.
• Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned area.
• Physically fit and comfortable carrying a bag weighing approximately 15–18 kg during field visits.
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer service is preferred.
• Smartphone and basic digital literacy are required.
