Job Description

Field Sales Executive (Bengaluru) 

Role Purpose 

To generate business opportunities and develop customer relationships in assigned

territories. 

Detailed Responsibilities 

Field Sales 

 Visit industrial customers regularly. 

 Generate enquiries and identify opportunities. 

 Conduct product presentations and demonstrations. 

Customer Relationship Management 

 Build relationships with maintenance, purchase, and engineering teams. 

 Follow up on quotations and opportunities. 

 Ensure customer satisfaction. 


Territory Development 

 Map industrial clusters and manufacturing units. 

 Identify new accounts and market opportunities. 

 Gather competitor intelligence. 

Reporting 

 Maintain visit reports and CRM updates. 

 Track enquiry and conversion status. 

 Submit weekly activity reports. 

KPIs 

 Customer Visits 

 Revenue Generated 

 New Accounts Opened 

 RFQs Generated 

 Opportunity Pipeline
