Hiring: Field Sales & Business Development Executive

As we continue to expand across Bengaluru, we are seeking an energetic and growth-oriented professional to drive sales, business development, and customer engagement.
Position: Sales & Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and business expansion across Bengaluru.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and customer networks.
Generate leads, acquire new customers, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Plan and execute promotional activities in apartments, gated communities, malls, exhibitions, stores, corporate offices, and other public locations.
Conduct product demonstrations, customer meetings, follow-ups, and sales presentations.
Coordinate order processing, customer support, collections, and field operations.
Develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns.
Recruit, train, and manage field sales teams when required.
Monitor customer feedback and ensure high service standards.
Take ownership of sales targets, business development initiatives, and market growth.
Candidate Requirements
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Leadership ability with a proactive and professional attitude.
Self-motivated and capable of independently managing field operations.
Experience in sales, business development, field marketing, or customer engagement.
Ability to build relationships and confidently interact with customers in public and residential environments.
Willingness to travel extensively within Bengaluru.
Positive attitude, integrity, and commitment to achieving business goals.
Language Requirements
Candidate should be proficient in the following languages:
Kannada
English
Hindi
Tamil
Telugu
Preferred: English, Hindi, and Kannada.
Additional Requirements
Own two-wheeler (mandatory).
Basic computer proficiency.
Knowledge of billing software is an advantage.
Experience in managing field sales teams or promotional activities is preferred.
