Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various F&B positions while maintaining daily attendance records, recruitment reports, and hiring targets.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct field recruitment activities to source candidates for various F&B roles.
2. Recruit candidates for restaurants, QSRs, cafes, food outlets, and other F&B operations.
3. Achieve a monthly hiring target of 20 successful joinings.
4. Visit local markets, colleges, job locations, and other sourcing areas to generate candidate leads.
5. Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
6. Maintain daily attendance records of candidates and recruited employees.
7. Prepare and submit daily recruitment reports, including:

• Number of candidates sourced.
• Candidates interviewed.
• Candidates selected.
• Candidates joined.
• Pending and follow-up candidates.

1. Coordinate with operations and HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
2. Follow up with selected candidates until their joining.
3. Maintain proper recruitment trackers and hiring databases.

• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in field recruitment.
• Prior experience in the Food & Beverage industry is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of F&B hiring and local candidate sourcing.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to work in the field and achieve hiring targets.
• Good reporting and attendance management skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Performance Expectations (KPI)Monthly Hiring Target: 50 successful joinings.
• Daily attendance tracking and reporting.
• Daily recruitment activity report submission.
• Timely candidate follow-ups and onboarding.
• Consistent achievement of recruitment targets.
