Job Description
We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Field Recruiter specializing in Housekeeping and Security Staffing to lead our high-volume off-site sourcing and talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will act as the face of our company in the community, actively hunting for qualified candidates through career fairs, community organizations, industry events, and direct local outreach. You will be responsible for building strong local pipelines to fill specialized hourly and operational roles—such as security guards, facilities staff, and housekeeping crews—quickly and efficiently.
