- Job ResponsibilitiesRecruit candidates for various field, delivery, sales and frontline job openings.
- Source candidates through field visits, local areas, references, job portals and social media.
- Conduct candidate screening and explain job roles, salary and working conditions.
- Coordinate interviews and joining formalities.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Build a strong candidate database for ongoing requirements.
- RequirementsFreshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with field recruitment and travelling within Bangalore.
- Target-oriented and energetic.
- Basic smartphone and internet knowledge.
- Recruitment experience is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
