📍 Location: Bangalore
💼 Position: Field Recruiter
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 In-hand + 7000 Incentives
📈 Experience: Candidate must have field recruitment experience
Key Responsibilities -
- Conduct field visits to identify and recruit delivery partners from local markets, residential areas, and high-footfall locations.
- Explain job opportunities, earnings, incentives, and onboarding processes to prospective delivery partners.
- Screen candidates and assess their eligibility based on company requirements.
- Assist candidates with registration, document submission, and onboarding.
- Follow up with candidates to ensure successful joining and activation.
- Maintain daily records of sourced, interviewed, and onboarded candidates.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Coordinate with operations and onboarding teams for smooth candidate activation.
- Build a strong pipeline of potential delivery partners through referrals and local networking.
