Job Summary

CIEL HR is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Recruiter to handle field recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and onboarding candidates through various field recruitment channels.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Source candidates through field visits, referrals, local networks, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct regular field visits for candidate sourcing and engagement.
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Explain job roles, salary, incentives, and other relevant details to candidates.
• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining.
• Coordinate with the internal team regarding hiring requirements and joining status.

Eligibility

• 1–3 years of experience in field recruitment, bulk hiring, staffing, or similar roles.
• Bike and valid Driving License (DL) are mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and work extensively in the field.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Experience in bulk hiring or delivery partner recruitment will be an added advantage
