Field Officer

Key Responsibilities

Visit assigned client sites regularly and monitor security operations.

Supervise security guards and ensure proper deployment as per duty rosters.

Conduct surprise inspections and night patrols.

Ensure all security personnel report to duty on time and wear complete uniforms with valid ID cards.

Resolve manpower shortages by arranging replacements promptly.

Maintain attendance, leave records, and deployment details.

Coordinate with clients and address operational concerns immediately.

Investigate incidents and submit detailed incident reports.

Train security guards on company SOPs, emergency response, fire safety, and customer service.

Ensure all registers, logbooks, and statutory records are properly maintained.

Monitor the performance and discipline of security personnel.

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management.

Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and safety standards.

Attend client meetings and represent the company professionally.

Required Qualifications

SSLC/PUC/GRADUATE 

Minimum 1–5 years of experience in security services or facility management.

Experience in handling security operations and manpower deployment.

Retired Defence, Police, or Paramilitary personnel are preferred but not mandatory.

Skills Required:

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to resolve operational issues quickly.

Good knowledge of security procedures and emergency response.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

100% manpower deployment.

Timely replacement of absentee staff.

Client satisfaction and retention.

Regular site inspections completed.

Valid two-wheeler driving licence and willingness to travel.
