A Recovery Advisor 

 responsible for recovering overdue payments from customers, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring timely collections while following company policies.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.

* Visit customers when required for collection and recovery activities.

* Maintain records of collections and customer interactions.

* Negotiate repayment plans and resolve payment-related issues.

* Meet collection and recovery targets.

*Requirements:*

* Graduate degree preferred.

* 6 months to 1 year of experience in collections, recovery, or field sales.

* Own bike and valid Driving License.

* Good communication and negotiation skills.

* Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

*Compensation (example):*

* ₹23,000 take-home salary

* ESI & PF benefits

* Performance incentives

* Petrol allowance of ₹3,000
