📍 LOCATION & VACANCIES

💼 ROLE OVERVIEW

Engagement: Fellowship

Work Mode: 90% Fieldwork (District Ownership)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on experience)

Work Week: 6 Days

🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Leadership: Lead HESPL field staff and 'Haqdarshaks' (Field Agents).

Onboarding: Identify, hire, and train local women agents via the HD Portal.

Community Mobilization: Organize camps to help citizens apply for schemes.

Training: Conduct digital productivity and financial literacy sessions.

Liaison: Build relationships with Government agencies and local officials.

✅ QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Experience: 1–3 years in Social Protection (Entrepreneurship projects preferred).

Tech Skills: Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and digital tool proficiency.

Communication: Effective report writing and media collateral creation.

Attitude: Headstrong, lead-from-the-front mindset, and a desire for large-scale impact.
