Job Description
As an Internet Service Provider, our primary responsibility is to resolve customer issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Whenever a customer complaint is received that requires an on-site visit, the field staff should accompany the main technical engineer as a helper. Working together will help diagnose and resolve the issue faster, ensuring better service for our customers.
Once the complaint has been resolved successfully, the team should return to the office and continue with their regular work.
