Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to provide exceptional support to our clients. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving queries, conducting product training, and ensuring smooth product usage and customer satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities:Provide support to customers through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and onsite visits (if required).
  • Understand customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Train customers on product features, workflows, and best practices.
  • Assist in product onboarding and implementation for new customers.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure successful product adoption and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the technical and product teams for issue escalation and resolution.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, issues, and feedback.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a positive support experience.
  • Gather customer feedback and share improvement suggestions with internal teams.
  • Meet assigned support and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and customer handling abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with software applications.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple manner.
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits/training (if applicable).
  • Prior experience in customer support/customer success is preferred.
  • Preferred For EdTech / School ERP Industry:Experience working with schools, ERP software, or education products.
  • Ability to train teachers, administrators, and school staff.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
